Shipping & Delivery

We work with USPS Priority Mail, so you should receive your order within 3 business days of date of shipping.We will notify you when your order ships out. Please make sure to provide full contact information so that we may let you know of any changes in availability of products. We promise to do our best to process your order within 1-2 business days of receipt of your order.

Returns & Replacements

Great Boat Gear does not offer refunds for equipment that is in working condition, all sales are final. Please contact us within 30 days for any concerns about your products. If a product is defective or does not perform according to its specification, or as advertised, we will give you an authorization number and arrange that it will either will be returned and replaced by us, or by the the manufacturer. All shipping costs to be paid by the purchaser.

Shipment Inspection

Please inspect all products upon receipt. Freight damage and or shipping errors must be reported to GreatBoatGear within 15 days of receipt of goods.

Major credit cards are accepted as well as Paypal. Payment is processed via Paypal. While we get credit card authorization when you place an order, we only charge your credit card when the order is shipped. We take credit card fraud very seriously and prosecute offenders to the full extent of the law.

Warranty Information

All Bluestorm products are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. Damage from wear and tear or misuse is not warranted. Original purchasers may return the Bluestorm product to GreatBoatGear after getting return authorization.
